Beginning Yoga*
Beginning yoga places emphasis on basic postures, alignment, and breath. With regular practice students will build strength, increasing range of motion and improve concentration.

Yoga 1-2**
Yoga 1-2 takes Beginning Yoga to the next level. Mostly sticking to basic postures, alignment and breath, this class also will introduce slightly more advanced postures, breathing techniques, and more.

All Levels Yoga*
Class is customized to fit the needs of each yogi present. Using basic postures and some more advanced postures as suitable for participants. Emphasis will be on breath, alignment, and acceptance.

Restorative Yoga*
Using props like blocks, and blankets students will come into poses that aid in relaxation giving muscles a safe place to relax and lengthen.

Gentle Yoga*
This approach to yoga combines beginning yoga and restorative types poses. Emphasis on being kind and gentle to the body, mind and spirit.
